New employees will be mailed the MetLife Worldwide Benefits ID card as well as Welcome Letter and HIPAA notification. 

We use our secure website, eBenefits, to host all member materials available to members, including: 

• Welcome Guide
• ID cards
• Schedule of Benefits
• Online claims submission 
• HIPAA notification

The Welcome Kit can be delivered in a variety of formats: in bulk directly to the group customer's location, in bulk to the group customer's international assignment locations, or directly to the member's home address.
