Our Programs
MetLife Mentors leverages the expertise of MetLife's leadership to deliver coaching in key functional areas, build capacity with qualified diverse suppliers, supporting their growth and expansion to be top business partners and contributors.
Annual scholarships are provided to select diverse business owners to attend executive education programs at major universities designed to broaden their capabilities that can lead to high-performance.
Second Tier Capacity Building helps smaller companies grow through their work with MetLife's prime suppliers with the goal of a becoming a Tier 1 MetLife partner in the future. For more information on how to get aligned with our Second Tier process, please contact Cristen Cox.
