His work has spanned markets across EMEA, Asia, and the U.S., which helps to facilitate his ability to take a global view of businesses and cultures. During the past five years, Mr. Khalaf was laser focused on helping MetLife achieve its Next Horizon strategy, executing as the CEO and overseeing as a member of the Board, as the Company strove to meet the commitments made to its people, its customers, the communities it serves, and its shareholders.
