In her more than 35-years of experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Hay developed extensive experience in technical accounting, audit, finance transformations and client engagements, notable skills which support the Audit Committee’s oversight over the Company’s accounting and financial reporting processes, the integrity of the Company’s consolidated financial statements, and the Company’s independent auditors. Ms. Hay’s deep expertise in the insurance sector, risk identification, and risk mitigation strategies also supports the Board’s oversight of risk, improves the Company’s resilience, and helps drive responsible growth. Guiding teams of professionals in the U.S. and around the globe, Ms. Hay developed a passion for cultivating the next generation of leaders, establishing employee engagement pipelines, and promoting knowledge transfer through training, all of which supports the Company’s commitment to investing in and supporting its people, the Board’s oversight of sustainability, and the Board’s oversight of management succession planning.
